Sulphuric acid is a highly corrosive, colourless viscous liquid and one of the most used chemicals in a variety of processes in the fertilizer, pulp & paper, mining and chemical industries.

We are one of the smelting industry's main producers of high quality sulphuric acid. Thanks to our capacity, we are able to guarantee a very high delivery performance.

We have a yearly production capacity of 1.7 million tonnes of sulphuric acid in our smelting plants at Rönnskär, Harjavalta, Kokkola and Odda. Furthermore, the sulphuric acid from Harjavalta and Rönnskär is of the highest industrial quality. Liquid sulphur dioxide of the same high quality is also produced here.
